Channels 26 and 88
As a convenient means for citizens to observe their local government decision-making processes, the City Council and Planning Commission meetings are live-streamed on Channels 26 or Channel 88, on the city's website, and on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/user/CityofCampbell for those who only wish to view the meeting. The channels live-stream public meetings of the City Council on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 p.m., and re-cablecasts council meetings on the following Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. Planning Commission meetings are live-streamed on the second and fourth Tuesdays, also at 7:30 p.m., and are re-cablecast on the following Fridays at 7:30 p.m. When meetings are not being cablecast there is a 24-hour forum which posts city-related services, programs, classes, city job announcements, public works projects in progress, public safety tips, and other general information of interest for Campbell citizens.

Statement of Values
In November 2005, an Ethics Subcommittee was appointed to review and develop a Statement of Values to promote and foster the highest degree of public trust.
The City of Campbell is currently soliciting voluntary input from tenants, residents, property managers and landlords about their attitudes on second-hand smoke in multi-unit housing communities in the City. Currently, the City neither restricts indoor smoking in multi-unit housing, nor is the City Council currently considering such restrictions. Tenants, property managers and landlords determine their multi-unit housing communities' smoking policies. City law does regulate smoking in various locations including public buildings, restaurants, dining areas and public recreational areas such as open space, parks, and trails. No personal information such as your name, address, and social security number will be collected as a condition of taking this survey. Responses will remain anonymous. If you would like to be notified when survey results are available, please include an e-mail address. All e-mail addresses submitted will be kept confidential.
