Flex Fitness is our pay as you go fitness classes. With Flex Fitness, you can pick and choose the classes and days you want, whether it's one class or multiple classes, you have the flexibility to choose the classes that fit best with your schedule. Flex Fitness is a great way to try out a new class or save money when you can only attend specific dates for a session. To sign up for a Flex Class:
- Reserve by date and session.
- Click "Select Dates" and choose dates from calendar. Multiple dates can be added to your cart.
- Check out and pay!
