The City of Campbell's Public Works staff is committed to providing high quality, cost effective, design, construction, and maintenance services for the City’s infrastructure and programs to enhance the quality of life for residents in the City of Campbell.

The Public Works Department has a workforce of approximately 50 staff members including professionally licensed engineers, inspectors, administrators, and maintenance workers.

Report a Community Concern

The City of Campbell’s Public Works staff is committed to providing highest quality customer services to the residents of Campbell. The new online portal is a convenient way to report  non law enforcement related concerns. If you do have a law enforcement related concern, and your concern is not an emergency, visit the Campbell Police Department  web page.

Campbell’s New Online Reporting System

iWorQ Citizen Engagement

Wondering who to call for pothole repair or where to report a broken streetlight?  The new iWorQ’s Citizen engagement application allows citizens to report everything from streetlight outages to potholes via our online web portal. Pictures can also be attached to submissions which will then be updated in real-time as the issue is resolved.

To use the online request form, follow the directions below:

  1. Enter the agency code: Campbell01
  2. Create an account or continue as guest
  3. Fill out the form to submit a request
  4. Track the progress of your request by returning to your created account
