Room Description


The Mary Campbell Room (Room Q-84) is air-conditioned, provides vinyl flooring, and offers tiered seating ideal for conferences, training, and speaker meetings. Black-out shades and an electrically operated movie screen make this room ideal for slide shows or films. Public restrooms are located within 25 feet. Included in room rental are tables, chairs, and supervisory / custodial staff to provide set-up and take-down of the provided equipment and furnishings.

**PLEASE NOTE: effective January 1, 2019 a 2% Facility Preservation Fee was added to the hourly rate of all facility rentals (including the gyms). This 2% increase is reflected in the prices below.

Other Fees and Requirements:


  • $25 processing fee per permit and accessed with any changes to permits (non-refundable)
  • $100 refundable damage deposit
  • Non-Profit groups must provide proof of NP status at the time of application, and payment must come from the Non-Profit organization
