Roosevelt Redwood Room

Room Description

The Roosevelt Redwood Room (Room Q-80) has vinyl flooring, black-out shades, a built in projection screen, and a kitchen attached with an oven, microwave, sink (no garbage disposal), refrigerator and freezer, and counter space.  It is suitable for small social gatherings, wedding receptions, meetings, activities, etc. Public rest rooms are located at the west end of the building. Included in room rental are tables, chairs, and supervisory / custodial staff to set up and take down the provided equipment and furnishings.

**PLEASE NOTE: effective January 1, 2019 a 2% Facility Preservation Fee was added to the hourly rate of all facility rentals (including the gyms). This 2% increase is reflected in the prices below.

Other Fees and Requirements: 

  • $25 processing fee per permit and accessed with any changes to permits (non-refundable)
  • $300 refundable damage deposit
  • Non-profit groups must provide proof of NP status at the time of application, and payment must come from the Non-Profit organization
