Room Description

The Board Room (Room E-42) is newly updated with vinyl flooring, black-out shades, and counter space with a sink. This is suited for meetings or classroom use. Included in the Board Room rental rates are tables, chairs, and supervisory / custodial staff to set-up and take-down the provided equipment and furnishings.

**PLEASE NOTE: effective January 1, 2019 a 2% Facility Preservation Fee was added to the hourly rate of all facility rentals (including gyms). This 2% increase is reflected in the prices below.

Other Fees and Requirements:


  • $25 processing fee per permit and accessed with any changes to permits (non-refundable)
  • $100 refundable damage deposit
  • Non-Profit groups must provide proof of NP status at the time of application, and payment must come from the Non-Profit organization
