The Planning Division offers drop-in assistance for routine inquiries related to zoning, permits, and basic development standards. Due to limited staffing, counter services are available Monday through Thursday and are generally limited to no more than 10 minutes per visit.

For more technical questions—such as those requiring research, detailed analysis, or project-specific feedback—a limited number of appointments are available and must be scheduled in advance.
