Location

East Campbell Avenue on the east side of Caltrans Highway 17 right-of-way along the westerly boundary of The Pruneyard Shopping and Office Complex within the City of Campbell. To view the site map, please click here.

Description

This project will connect the existing Los Gatos Creek trail spur adjacent to the Pruneyard parking garage to the Portals at East Campbell Avenue, providing a safe, continuous connection from the Los Gatos Creek Trail to East Campbell Avenue.

Upcoming

Construction is completed and trail is open for public use. The City Council will consider accepting the improvements during the March 3, 2026 regular city council meeting.

Currently, Los Gatos Creek Trail users access the trail from East Campbell Avenue by going through the Pruneyard parking lot along the east side of Hwy 17. The project will relocate this access route from the parking lot to the adjacent Caltrans property.

This project has been approved by the VTA Board for the programming of the Santa Clara Transportation Fund for Clean Air (TFCA) Grant for Fiscal Year 24/25.
