John D. Morgan Park, originally constructed in 1972, provides thirty-two acres for the community to host recreational activities. Facilities available for public use include an all-inclusive playground, two softball diamonds, two full-sized soccer fields, two junior-sized soccer fields, two sand volleyball courts, four horseshoe pits, fourteen picnic areas and open play fields. There is one baseball field that is leased solely for the use of Campbell Pony Baseball. On weeknights, South Bay Youth Soccer is permitted to operate a youth soccer program on the grass areas. On weekends, almost all the picnic areas are reserved for use. John D. Morgan Park is also one of the City of Campbell’s sites to launch model rockets.

The park is bounded by San Tomas Expressway, Rincon Avenue, Budd Avenue, and The Campbell School of Innovation.
