Cancellation, Credit, and Refund Policies

For General Lap Swim, Beginning Masters, Wave Swim Team, Recreation Swim, Lifeguard Academy, and Junior Guard Training Programs:

  •  All cancellation requests must be requested in writing five (5) business days prior to the start date of the swim time/class. The amount will be credited to your account. The credit will be applied to your next purchase of any reservation or program enrollment. No credit will be given for cancellations made less than five (5) days prior to the swim time/class date. Make-up dates are not available. Medical emergencies are exempt from this policy; however, a signed and dated statement is required from the participant's doctor stating that they are unable to participate in the activity.
  • A $2 cancellation fee per lap swim session will be deducted from the refund.

For Swim Lessons:

The credit will be applied to your next purchase of any reservation or program enrollment. No credit will be given for cancellations made less than five (5) days prior to the swim time/class date.
  • On the first day of each class for Preschool Level 1 &2, Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 students will be tested to make sure they are registered and placed in the right class. Please use our prerequisites to help determine what swim lesson level is right for your youth. In the event that your youth is registered for the wrong level, we will be able to make accommodations to move them to the right level if there is space in the correct class and there is no waitlist. If there is a waitlist for the class, you will be refunded for the registered class and will not be able to continue with the registered level or the correct level. For Private Lap Swim Lanes: 

  • You may cancel your own reservations up to five (5) days prior to the private lap swim reservation date and receive a full credit to your account (with no added charge). The credit will be applied to your next purchase of any reservation or program enrollment. No credit will be given for cancellations made less than five (5) days prior to the reserved lap swim date.
    • Login and click Account
    • Select Transaction History or look at your Rental History
    • Select the reservation you want to change, under Actions select Change or Refund and follow the prompts.

Gentle reminder that for General Lap Swim and Recreation Swim you can sign up as you're walking to the pool rather than ahead of time to avoid the cancellation policy 5 day restriction.
