Overview

The Civic Improvement Commission (CIC) advises the council in a number of areas including library concerns, beautification, cultural concerns, history, social services, seniors, and youth.

The CIC is also responsible for making recommendations to the City Council on allocating the city’s $55,000 of General Fund grants to qualified social service agencies. Social Services Subgrant applications are generally due in January.

Additionally, the CIC annually awards competitive grant funding for Campbell neighborhoods. The maximum grant award is $500. The FY 2019/20 application period closed on January 3, 2020. Detailed program information is available via the menu above in the left margin. For more information, contact Diana Johnson: dianaj@cityofcampbell.com.
