Join the City of Campbell Recreation team as a Lifeguard for our 2026 Summer Season! As a Campbell lifeguard you will be ensuring the safety of all patrons, teaching swim lessons, and working with a team of other safety conscious staff! Summer is jam-packed with recreation swim, youth and adult swim lessons, and staff bonding. Not certified? No problem! The City of Campbell is running two Lifeguarding Academies, one in April and another in May. TENTATIVE RECRUITMENT SCHEDULE
1st Round Interviews: April 27 - May 1
Applications submitted by April 24 will be considered for the first round of interviews.
