The annual weed abatement is done to help reduce the likelihood of a fire. To safely perform the work, the trail will be closed from 6:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on the following dates: May 24th on the west side, May 25th the east side, and May 26th the north end. Detour signs will be placed to direct travel around the affected area. Please stay out of the work zones to avoid dust, debris and equipment.
The west side of the Los Gatos Creek Trail runs from Campbell Park to the spillway. The east side runs from the spillway back to Campbell Park. The north end runs from The Campbell Inn on Campbell Avenue to Bascom Avenue.
