Are you a former competitive swimmer or love swimming but don’t know how to improve your strokes or what workouts to do? Come join our Beginning Masters swim sessions each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from either 6-6:45am or 7-7:45am! You and fellow swimmers will work with our coaches to improve your strokes, focus on strength and endurance training, and create a community of early morning swimming enthusiasts. Gentle reminder this is not a learn-to-swim program, but somewhere where folks who are safe and comfortable in the water can grow their skills! Please bring goggles and towel to each session.
Prerequisites: 25-yard continuous freestyle (front crawl) swim; Feel safe and comfortable in the water
