Anne Bybee

Vice Mayor Anne Bybee was originally elected to the Campbell City Council in 2018. Prior to her Council election in 2015 Vice Mayor Bybee retired as the City of Campbell's City Clerk after serving more than 28 years in public service.

Vice Mayor Bybee earned the Certified Municipal Clerk and Master Municipal Clerk designations from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks and was recognized by the Campbell City Council in 2013 for receiving the Women of Distinction Award.

A devoted wife to a retired Campbell Police Agent and mother to two grown daughters who attended Campbell schools, Vice Mayor Bybee has been active in the Campbell community for many years. In 2008, she volunteered to help the City in its public education efforts on a key sales tax revenue measure which was successfully passed by Campbell voters.
