Police report copies may be requested online, email or in-person. Once the request is received, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
- Police reports may only be released to authorized parties and according to State law.
- Reports involving certain types of crime (i.e.; juvenile cases and some sex-related crimes) cannot be released to anyone except district attorneys or law enforcement agencies.
- The cost for a report is $.10 per page after 10 pages. Please do not send cash.
Suspects or arrestees requesting copies of their arrest report must contact the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s office at 408-299-7400. The office is located at:

Juvenile arrestees or suspects in criminal cases may be able to obtain a redacted copy of their police report. Please contact the business line at 408-866-2121 or the business office at 408-866-2721 for further information.
Crash Reports:
Effective June 2020, Lexis Nexis will be managing and distributing accident reports for the Campbell Police Department. To obtain a copy of a crash report, please visit LexisNexis Police Reports.
